What's new ?

New features include search, site maps and access to all web products from the home page. Participant Listings and Important Notices have been moved to the public pages and other enhancements provide improved performance and easier navigation.

All web based products are listed on the main page under Settlement, Asset Services or Global Tax Services.

Changes include:

  • E-mail alerts for Important Notices has become a members only service. Direct Participants may register for the members home page by clicking register in the Communications box in the lower left hand corner of the screen
  • Direct Participant registration enables access to following Customer Service features:


  •         - Participant contact lookups – registered members can elect
              to be listed as an operational contact for the conduct of
              daily business among member firms and the DTC.

            - Training and Documentation materials are now available by
              linking directly to the newly designed DTCC University.

            - Forms for PTS communications equipment additions and
              changes, PTS Share agreements, mail loss affidavits, frozen
              letters and Audit letters.

            - Business Directory listing the Customer Service Centers of
              Excellence contact information.

            - Customer Service Advisories through the expanded messaging
              of Customer Desktop.
